PRODUCT SAFETY RECALL: Miflex High Pressure Braided Scuba Diving Hoses

XS Scuba, in conjunction with Miflex and in cooperation with United States CPSC and Health Canada has initiated a voluntary recall of Miflex high pressure braided scuba diving hoses. The recall covers around 17,000 hoses sold between May 2009 and April 2012. There have been 189 reports of failures, but no associated injuries.
