A pair of recalls from Aqualung regulators
Aqualung has issued two recalls for their regulators. The Apeks TX/ATX/XTX 2ND stages which have not yet undergone an authorized annual service could have been incorrectly assembled (more info at http://www.aqualung.com/us/content/view/285/). Also, the TITAN DIN regulators whose serial number is lower than 6062501 or TITAN/CONSHELF DIN adaptors that are marked 300 BAR MAX which can be weakened during service by manual torque loads greater than the recommended values (more info at http://www.aqualung.com/us/content/view/283/). Aqualung urges that owner’s immediately take these models to a qualified dealer for inspection before diving with them again.
